Accelerated Concrete sawing was established in 2018, Williamstown North, servicing the Commercial and Industrial Construction and Maintenance Industries. Starting with three operators out of a sub-let occupied factory. This has grown to a workforce of 10 completing works in and around the Melbourne Metropolitan area and is now located in a purpose-built factory in Altona North. We pride ourselves on being reliable and providing quality service to our clients.
Our management team is experienced in demolition and construction and understands the importance of reliability and cost-effective solutions. Accelerated will always attend to work punctually and complete work in the safest and most efficient way possible.

We are the only Sawing Company in Melbourne that has an unlimited Demolition license.
Meet the Directors
Adrian Cassidy
Adrian started his career in construction over 20 years ago. This experience has brought Adrian on a diverse journey through various construction projects, from domestic sites right through to carrying out major works in underground tunnels on some of Australia’s most prestigious projects.
Adrian has a track record for effectively managing occupational health and safety (OHS) for construction projects. Through his training and experience in the construction and demolition industry, Adrian ensures Accelerated’s approach to safety on site is always up to standard. Adrian holds a current Victorian Demolition Licence and a Certificate
3 in Occupational Health and Safety. Adrian sits on the board of directors of the Demolition & Asbestos Industry Association of Victoria.
Nicholas Coffey
Nicholas entered the construction industry as an estimator for Guilfoyle Wreckers whilst completing university studies. Finding his passion in the industry, Nicholas was shortly promoted to project manager and gained further experience at LTC (now known as Casmar Group).
Following completion of his studies in 2016, Nicholas was the manager of a Melbourne based concrete cutting business. Nicholas has played an instrumental role in setting up Accelerated since its inception in July 2018 and coordinates the day-to-day running of the business, including quoting jobs for new and existing clients, working closely with the Accelerated team to ensure that client expectations are consistently met and developing steadily growing client base. Nicholas has a Bachelor of Construction Management from Deakin University.
Peter Coffey
With over 35 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, Peter has extensive experience in the commercial, industrial and domestic sectors in both Australia and overseas. Through his wide range of experience, Peter has capabilities in project management,
business administration, estimation, and workplace management.
Peter is committed to growing Accelerated through a highly professional approach and understands the importance of delivering excellent service underpinned by industry leading trained operators, investing in the most up to date technology and a focus on providing value to clients.
Accelerated Concrete Sawing has the fleet, equipment and experienced operators to deliver top-quality concrete cutting and removal services across Melbourne. While we are based in Williamstown, we have worked with industry leaders in commercial and industrial construction and maintenance to complete large-scale projects on time and within budget.
We possess an Unlimited Demolition License, giving us the unique ability to handle all aspects of a project, from core drilling and ring sawing to concrete scanning and disposal of materials. All work is accompanied by thorough sawing and demolition methodologies, as well as Safe Work Method Statements.
The Directors of Accelerated Concrete Sawing have many collective years of experience in the construction and demolition industry.
